Paid a visit to Hong Wen just now. Felt obliged to since Mrs ling replied "Hope to see you on Mid Autumn Fest night" in her email. Didn't stay for the concert, but at least I made an effort to go down and chit chat with the teachers and offer my help lor. Sadly couldn't find anyone to accompany me, although Grace just called to say she finished her event early and was on her way down. Haiyo, u just missed me hahaha.
Found Mrs Ling in front of the parade square as she was in-charge of the PA for the event. Was talking to her about how our classmates were getting on..and also mentioned the end of year special gathering I was trying to pull off. Then I called Ms Koh who was somewhere preparing the mooncakes and she came down to have a chat. Was reminescing about my VJ days and she told me about hers too. Quite amazing how much the school has changed. Exchanged a few words with the current principal too. Heh, darn should have asked him about the facilities thing for the gathering. He was saying about how I should join the alumni coz they need new blood. Hmm, perhaps I will? What do uall think 6A? How about our whole class joins? Wouldn't that be so cool? But must check on the fees and stuff.
Met up with Wan Hin before that at Sim Lim. He needed some hardware so I went down to see if I could get him any discounts. Ok not exactly a very interesting day. But the visit to Hong Wen just made it ultra fulfilling. I should go back more often...
*note to self: visit on more significant days eg teachers' day, new yr eve*
