Yep I'm back. Only just realized my hiatus was a two-week long one. Oops.
So AHM is over. Two weeks' of continuous setting up of waterpoints every single day in the morning and afternoon has drained me of much energy. And the final event yesterday was definitely a killer. Dun wanna elaborate, but just glad to be over and done with it.
Got drenched in the rain on my way home. Some thunderstorm that was. Glad to be safe at home when the worst was out there raging. A little unstable this evening. Tiring day in camp coupled with a headache and faced in this weather is rather mad. Saving myself while saving others is the motto for tonight.
This weather just makes me go all soft inside.
People come ask for favours now. I doubt I'll refuse.
