Sighz...office politics. Exists in every working organization. What to do?
I so wanna screw my bunch of guys up. STOP GIVING ME PROBLEMS!! I need help, but who can I look for? That's one of the reasons I dun like slack camps..there's no regimentation, no common goal..no motivation! Above all, there's no DISCIPLINE. It sucks, and it's not as if I can manage all of this shit. I mean as if my boss gives a **** about what we're doing.
Screw it.
