Cold weather ALWAYS...i repeat, ALWAYS, makes me think (too much).
I digress..
Anyway. Went down yday to check out SITEX with jie after her 2nd last paper. I expected it to be a boring show, but didnt not expect it to be such a letdown. 3/4 of the major digicam companies were not around. And one of the largest printer/scanner sellers did not exhibit. Walked around a little and walked out..took longer than 10 minutes coz i was explaining some technology to jie.
Decided to go Changi Airport jalan jalan after the huge letdown at Expo. Seems that we keep checking out places with good design/architecture right jie? Took the skytrain and managed to convince myself I can balance on most moving platforms of public transportation in SG without holding onto the handrails, much to the horror/amusement/bewilderment of jie.
Today was almost as boring, if not worse. Macs @ Toa Payoh at 10am to meet Winston and his sis + brother-in-law-to-be to discuss about this animation I'm consigned to work on for their wedding. It's amazing how this trend of animation/video to entertain the guests has emerged as a package/need-to-have at wedding receptions. Well, gonna be my first such production...hope all goes well! *cross fingers*
Spent the rest of the day thinking/sleeping/thinking/dozing off. Dinner was packed food, courtesy of me and my sis. Got a few of those $1 plastic 'eggs' with the keychains inside them from outside 7-11. Heh, reminescent of childhood days. I was crazy over those things.
Been a rather...thinking kinda day.
Duty tmr. YAY! A sunday! (note the sarcasm..i mean...its impossible to notice)
