Oooooo.
Yes piggy, call me a nutcase, but I just found another cool pool place. It's located at Geylang Bahru. For all u ex-VS guys who were in there when we were still located there, it's what replaced the dumb furniture shop which u don't see anyone buying from. Rem, the one next to KFC? Yeah....

Ok now for an in-depth review. The place is freaking quiet, has like 20 plus 8 and 9 feet tables, excellent plastic/fibreglass conditioned ones. Not the wood ones. Cues are amazingly new, with grip kind. Balls are also polished until damn nice. Can qie Monster Cue (Meridien) I tell u.... A little too smooth for my comfort, coz i'm too used to the friction-ful table cloths and the oh-so-seasoned cues at the places i frequent. Thumbs up for this cool new establishment.

Aircon is good, music plays from radio usually. 4 TV screens showing ch5,8, U and Central respectively. Wish there was techno, but that's just me...hehehe.

Played for one hour on a weekday peak hour. About less than 1/3 filled only. Lotsa chairs for sitting down, got the sofa kind too. Ambience damn good. Sufficient space in between tables, I was in the middle of the crowd yet rarely had I to make way for players on the other table to take their shots.

Definitely must check-out if u live in the area. A little ulu for people outa the neighbourhood tho, due to the stupid diversion of traffic for the PIE Kallang exit. Accessible by buses like 61, 107, 853, and many many more. Good for groups that want to enjoy a quiet game of pool. Drinks are also average priced, according to Tienfa (who went with me for a game). Nearby amenities include NTUC, Hans, food centre, wet market, LAN shop, optician's (for those who pa jiao), and the kinda nearby Neighbourhood Police Post.

Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. The last star was for the music hehe. Check it out ppl!
