DC's 21st
Took off today to go for my NTU medical screening. Managed to find the place with directions from 3 different sources. As Qiaomei said "everyone's giving directions from they way they would travel there, from their viewpoint". Haha, took the least complicated one which DID NOT involve counting the no. of bus stops (haha pig..)or locating a certain Innovation Centre by bus (haha kian..) Checkup took surprisingly little time, altho it was certainly quite embarrasing when I had to retake my urine test (nurse: "boy ah, nvr drink water isit?")

Met Qiaomei near her hall for lunch. Got led to Hall 2's aircon canteen. By a pure stroke of luck, I ordered western food(chicken chop to be exact), which by Xueqi's account was the best in NTU. Headed off to Jurong Point for my X-Ray (wait took ages), and got onto a train towards Bugis.

Rather late for my shopping appt with Tienfa for DC's present. Train ride was uberly long, really pei fu PIG for being able to tahan the journey everyday. Got the Parker pen from Seiyu, then a shirt from Give Me Back My Sunday (@ Bugis Street). Popped back to bugis junction to grab an OP bag, which I felt was really nice.

Since we were already kinda tired and hungry, we decided to cheong cab down to DC's place. Lucky for us the cabby knew the way, and his place was agreat respite from the weather outside. Popped in my cheena/techno music and lounged in his cosy sofa. Roxx.

The rest came around 7 or so, bringing gifts. Dinner was pure enjoyment, with Greek food tapaoed by DC's mum from some restaurant nearby. Really loved the pitas with the various dips like garlic n some spicy herbal mixtures. Been very long since I feasted on Mediterranean delicacies...

After dinner was chill-out session. DC screened his edited copies of the class videos, ranging from events like Orientation, to classmates' birthday. Nostalgia in the air, brought back so much memories. How time flies... I dumped in my photo-dvds and ran tru the class photos too. The good old days..sighz.

Left his place around 11odd. Kudos to Yim, Tok and Jim for the free ride back home.

BTW, Sunday is Jim's bday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIM!! -waves-

Next major event, Tienfa's bday on the 25th!
