Erm, hope the chinese title above's readable. Got inspired by Kian Hai's blog entry and decided to write a reminescent post, prob focusing on my school days. Well here goes:

Primary school; Hong Wen Primary. Great friends, some stuck with me in the same class all the way from P1-P6. Still remember my great fall in P1 outside the school, had knees and elbows covered in scratches, bloody incident. Was taking taxi transport to school with Dominic,, Xiude and Evelyn at the time. P3, joined mini-tennis. Perhaps my first foray into the world of sportsmanship. Amazing bunch of buddies who stuck together during the strenuous practices, rushing down to canteen to have mixed vegetable rice after we were let off, not to mentioned a few of us getting 'kicked out' of the school team after primary 5 due to unsatisfactory results. Entered choir in primary 4, if i don't remember wrongly. All the saturdays psent rehearsing, plus the tension we always faced during performances. Perhaps one of the most memorable ones was when we had to dance to the tune of Muneru Valiba during a certain National Day performance. I still remember the lyrics because of those gruelling practices spent burshing up on pronounciation etc. PSLE came and gone, great friends like Melvyn, Samuel, Gareth, Yirong, Huifang, Fengrun, Junyi, Sirui, Glen, and many many more. Miss u ppl (altho we just met up recently..haha)

Secondary school, managed to get into VS - 15 mins walk from home. AEP took up the bulk of my life in VS, so did my CCAs - Art Club and AV Club. The friends I made in those CCAs exceeded probably those I made in class. The AV Room was such a ready restreat during those free periods in upper secondary. It was also my haven for working on the O Levels Art Coursework. Brilliant juniors too..heh....i didnt forget u guys man...

JC - probably the 2nd best schooling period in my life, apart from pri. sch. Getting back to a co-ed environment after 4 years was really a challenge. Stepped into VJC feeling really excited, got to know my wonderful class, had outings, shared gossips about teachers, fellow students. Sadly, there was a little misunderstanding or watnot and bonding wasn't exactly what many had in mind afterthe first half of the year. Anyway, great CCAs once again, Art Club and IT Council. Challenge to JJ, DC and the other committee members as we were seen to be 'rebuilding' the council., and great fun with SVA (erhem..) Art Club was truly amazing (u ppl rock - the committee). Being in a female-dominated CCA(hey its the truth) after 4 yrs of being in a boys' school is no joke. Took a while to getting used to, but yep, eventually everything went smoothly. =P JC was also the time I began to notice the presence of the oppsite sex...(a bit late la, but ya) Some crushes (ssshhh..) and stuff, but hehe, nothing really went my way. *shrugs*

So here I am, in NS, enjoying a nite off, sitting in front of my com, thinking back about the past. I realise, life's been good so far. Who knows what the future brings? More surprises, more ups and downs. Just glad I still have my friends and family for support. Cheerios ppl! =)
