The magic that is life.

Just finished watching Just Like Heaven on dvd. Fate is such a wonderful thing, and love sure does prevail.

Somehow I got this magical feeling after watching the show. A feeling that life is full of possiblities...that we should not immerse ourselves in this overly mechanical society, and should learn to live and enjoy life to the max, and gain as much experience in everything as possible. Ties in with the many quotes I see on my friends' blogs/msn nicks etc.

Was with the bunch of ppl celebrating EK's bday tonight. Had dinner at The Manhattan Fish Market. Food wasn't too bad, similar to Fish n Co. Ended up at pool after that.

Trying to curb my itch to spend, my itch to pool. Losing my self discipline. I keep saying how I'm short of money, I'm saving money...yet in reality this is not the case. Who am I deceiving? My parents work so hard to support the family, and all I do is spend what I've earned...while at the same time borrowing money from them to buy my Macbook Pro? What nonsense is this? What am I becoming?

Angry at myself...hope the new week brings a new me. I have gotta change.
